Welcome to the Quarantine Classroom!
The pods are The Study Shack’s vision for serving students temporarily prior to schools fully reopening. Our philosophy is to offer an affordable and safe way for students to study alongside one another with the assistance of a qualified tutor, working on their individual school’s curriculum. Pods consist of a small group of students who gather regularly to learn in a shared space. Due to safety concerns we ask that parents create the pods with family and friends they feel comfortable with. Sessions are held at a mutually chosen home. |
Ideally, groups of students would be from the same class and/or grade level. However, our tutors are also able to work with students at differing ages and grade levels.
As The Study Shack is widely known for, we provide services for students with all types of learning differences. All students will receive individualized assistance during the sessions as tutors will be actively engaged in each student’s learning program. We are open to what your needs are and designing a customized program for your specific group. |
